Fractal Dinner

My DH and I subscribe to a weekly box of organic veggies. Every now and then we get something surprising in there, and this week we got this lovely specimen. It's called Romanesque Broccoli. It was so beautiful I hesitated to cook it, but DH pointed out we could immortalize it in a photo, so here you go.

Tasted pretty good, too--tasted less green than broccoli. Mild. Nice.
